Customers who pay for an annual subscription will be provided access to Canna Zoning maps for one or more cities, townships, villages or unincorporated counties. The number of jurisdictions is indicated by the subscription level that was purchased. The accuracy of this data is not guaranteed, and every property will require deeper compliance investigation if it is pursued.
Finder’s Fee Subscription
For select customers with capitalized expansion plans, we will work across jurisdictions on a finder’s fee basis, meaning we get paid only when you close on property. Signups for this subscription level will require a followup phone call and contract. The following terms apply to this subscription level.
1. In support of Customer’s real estate search, Finder will use its proprietary mapping technology to identify properties that have been filtered against known cannabis exclusion zones and known local zoning. The accuracy of this data is not guaranteed, and every property will require deeper compliance investigation if it is pursued. Finder will not represent Customer in obtaining property; this agreement does not create a Broker-Client relationship.
2. Buyer shall pay Finder, at closing, a Finder’s Fee equal to 2% of the gross sale price of a property or the guaranteed portion of a lease (excluding NNN surcharges) on any property Customer acquires rights to that was suggested by Finder as cannabis compliant. If Buyer signs a lease with a purchase option and executes its option to purchase the property, Finder will be due 2% of the sale price in addition to the guaranteed portion of the lease.
3. This agreement expires two years from execution.
